Data Engineer
The Data engineer will source complex data, prepare and organize data for consumption, and contribute to the overall data strategy for MCG clients. The engineer will be able to produce customized solutions for scalability, act as a liaison to client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members to enhance team skills.
Azure Architect
The Azure Architect will be responsible for standing up, redesigning, and maintaining cloud-based data sets. The Architect should have experience with data wrangling from multiple sources and be able to organize using Azure data Lake, Data Bricks, and DataFactory.
Data Analyst
At MCG the Data Analyst role will assist the data team with client facing reporting. Reports may be generated using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization software. The Data Analyst should be an advanced/expert level user of Excel, SQL, and reporting tools. Alongside the engineers and architects, the data analyst will ensure that client needs are being met in a timely manner.
Principal Consultant
The Principal Consultant will lead MCG teams in delivering the highest quality consulting services. The Principal Consultant will work directly with MCG clients to design, deliver, and manage projects. The Principal will oversee internal MCG teams consisting of data experts, project managers, and solution makers.
Project Manager
MCG Project Managers should be well equipped to engage with clients and internal team members to deliver results. The project manager will design and manage project timeline, lead checkpoint meetings, and determine steps to complete project phases within deadlines. Ideally the project manager is lean certified or PMP certified.
UX Designer
The UX Designer will be responsible for the look and feel of client projects. Working closely with the data team, the UX designer will ensure dashboard visualizations are appealing and easy to digest. You may work with the clients directly to understand their needs and experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in computer science or business with a completed certification in design. Knowledge of visualization softwares is a plus.
