MCG’s client, one of the nation’s leading health care systems, providing high-quality, patient-centered medical care at 14 hospitals with over 2000 physicians. Was looking to create a patient-centric platform that allowed for information sharing and cooperation across the various practices within the system to optimize the overall patient experience.


Leveraging extensive healthcare expertise, MCG coordinated and designed a patient-centric access and billing solution that provided a single point-of-reference for all administrative and clinical functions that contribute to the capture, management, and collection of expected patient revenue and effectively manage the people, processes, and technology involved in managing the entire life of a patient account.
