Midtown Consulting Group Announces New Hires

Executive and Practice Area Additions

ATLANTA, GA (August 15, 2011) - Midtown Consulting Group, LLC (MCG), a management consulting firm, announced today that during the first half of 2011 it added a number of new consultants to bolster its management consulting capabilities around its core offerings of Strategy and Analytics, Process Optimization and Technology Advisement. The firm’s 60% growth over this period, its expansion in the Financial Services and Telecommunications verticals along with flourishing practices in Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Change Management and Regulatory Compliance enabled its ability to add these senior-level positions.

Key new hires include:

Rich Reynolds has joined MCG as a Principal with over 25 years of experience including 16 with Accenture conducting enterprise transformation, business case and program management, performance and business intelligence, metrics compliance and quality assurance, and technology merger integration and carve-out. He has specialized in demand fulfillment, supply chain management and metrics, compliance and controls. Rich has worked with many clients and programs across a wide array of industries including consumer and industrial products, healthcare, transportation, financial services, telecommunications, retail, energy and utilities.

Scott Farr has joined MCG as a Principal with over 20 years of experience in business intelligence, data management, business process management, strategy development and execution and performance management. He has delivered consulting services to the insurance, banking, healthcare, hospitality, consumer goods, manufacturing, government and defense industries. Scott previously worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse Coopers and as Vice President of Performance Management for Hilton Hotels.

Jennifer Hocker has joined MCG as a Principal with over 16 years of experience in strategy formulation, business process improvement, technology advisement. She has specialized in program/project management, business requirements and process improvement, training development, and supply chain and technology initiatives for clients across various industries. Jennifer spent a number of years with Management Consulting Firms, Accenture and the North Highland Company.

Deborah Eng has joined MCG as a Principal with over 28 years of consulting experience including 13 years with IBM Global Services facilitating strategic organizational change and effectiveness in healthcare, human resources, public sector and IT solution engagements. Deborah has proven expertise with program and project management methodologies and best practices for organizational change management, talent management, communications and learning programs.

Joseph Padanilam has joined MCG as a Senior Manager with over 16 years of accounting and financial system implementation experience, specializing in the manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, and paper products industries. In addition, Joseph has experience in business process improvement, ERP design and implementation as well as Project Management. Joe previously worked at Management Consulting firms, Accenture and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Johnathan Bailey has joined MCG as a Manager after having contributed over 16 years to healthcare in a diverse array of settings including several years a consultant for Kurt Salmon and Associates. Unique to many healthcare management consultants, Johnathan began his career with clinical roots as a physical therapy assistant. Upon completing a Master’s degree in Health Administration at MUSC in Charleston, SC, he went on to attain leadership positions in various hospital administration settings.

Tiffani Greene has joined MCG as a Principal after working for 16 years with several companies including the law firm of Alston & Bird, several non-profit organizations, Duke Energy and served as a Compliance Officer for TIAA-CREF. Through these experiences she has developed a diverse skill-set that includes outstanding organization and project management skills, excellence in legal, regulatory and compliance consulting, as well as proven success in sales and marketing activities.

Jorge Guzman has joined MCG after several years with CBIZ in investment banking with its Mergers & Acquisitions Group and as a staff consultant at Cap Gemini US. He specializes in supply chain, demand planning performance metrics, technology, warehouse management, and financial reporting.
