Co-founded by Jeff Elam and Bill Falconer, Midtown Consulting Group has a mission: deliver high-value management and techology consulting services to our clients. From the beginning, Jeff and Bill shared a philosophy of wanting to perform management consulting "the right way" - with a demonstrable and lasting value to customers, utilizing deep expertise and fact-based reasoning to produce measurable results and pragmatic recommendations to clients across a broad range of industries and functions.

 

After being awarded a high-profile project with a Fortune 100 manufacturer to complete a turnaround for a $800MM business unit, Midtown Consulting Group began to grow. Since our modest beginnings, the MCG team has been able to make significant strides in growing our team of professionals and client acquisition, delivering complex projects for both Fortune 500 and mid-sized firms.

 

Today, the company operates out of Atlanta and Charlotte with over 30 consultants servicing a number of unique customers in a wide variety of industries, and is primarily focused on attracting and retaining additional professionals to support the delivery of quality consulting. MCG has developed a diversified client list while maintaining focus on our mission: Provide a return on investment on consulting services to our clients.
